Project News February 2021

The civil works have practically been completed. There was a slight delay due to the finalisation of Melbourne Water requirements, however, this has not impacted our build schedule.

Mobilisation for construction of the development commenced earlier in the week. This is to establish the initial set up (site sheds and amenity etc.) and setting out the site by by the surveyor. Following this, we anticipate floating in a piling rig onto site to commence the basement piling by the end of February 2021. This will signify a major milestone for the project as it represents the commencement of the build.
