Project News February 2022

It’s been a great start to 2022, despite the challenges of Covid restrictions. Construction has progressed significantly, and we remain well on track for completion in Spring this year. As we move through into February, passers-by will have a clear view of the overall scale and design of this landmark project.

The Wilfred apartment residences lead the charge, with a completed structure already topped out and windows fitted to provide a real sense of the building’s form. Essential services including water, electricity and gas have been installed up to level two allowing us to begin focussing on wall framing.

At the Boulevard, another building structure is now complete and windows installed across level one. This has provided the protection for internal works to progress quickly and fit-outs have commenced at basement and ground level.

It's been satisfying to see Wamba taking shape. Final slabs for the first zone have been poured up to roof level, providing great views for the construction team as they get on with the job! We anticipate the second zone will reach similar heights within the month.

The Oak Terraces are also moving along with footings now complete and formwork ready for us to begin pouring the concrete slabs that will mark the arrival of townhouses 1 and 2.

Apartment Residences and Townhomes at The Grounds of Ivanhoe East are now selling with anticipated move in date set for Spring 2022.
