Construction continues to progress well for JWLand’s landmark development on The Boulevard in Ivanhoe East. We’re excited to announce the imminent arrival of a complete, fully fitted and furnished apartment, ready for inspection by late June 2022! Visitors will be able to experience the exceptional design, function and comfort that sets The Grounds apart.

WILFRED

With all the structural works now complete, our team have been focussed on fitting off the services across the ground floor. Internal finishes, including the oak timber flooring, have softened the look and feel of the interiors and kitchen joinery is currently being installed. The façade is now complete, allowing the brickwork, thoughtful textural details and gold window profiles to shine through.

BOULEVARD

This entire building is now at lock-up stage. With internal plasterwork walls complete, it’s easy to gain a real sense of the size of the apartments. The spacious rooms and orientation of floor plan layouts provide brilliant views of Ivanhoe Park and the city skyline. Sheeting has been set across the top floor and in the coming weeks, tiling will commence to bring the bathrooms to life.

WAMBA

With the structure complete and the building topped out, the services are now going in and the early stages of wall framing are underway. Windows will be installed across the final floors within the month and all the larger construction vehicles have now left the site as we head into the next stage of construction that focusses on the finer details.

OAK TERRACES

This collection of bespoke homes is on the rise. The pre-cast walls are in across Townhomes 1-6 and steel framing is being applied to the first three homes. Slabs are being poured for Townhomes 5-12 as this beautiful part of the neighbourhood starts to take shape and an architectural vision is realised.

Our landscaping teams are now on site, commencing ground works in preparation for design and planting to commence in the coming months. It adds to an overall sense of excitement across the site as we work towards a move-in date set for Spring 2022!
